On 6/6/2026, the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and the room got extremely hot. I reported it, but they offered neither a room change nor a temporary fix. Staff said a manager would come at 9 AM, but after 10 AM there was still no one and no follow-up. I finally checked out because I couldn’t stand the heat. Afterwards I had itchy, irritated skin, which made me question how clean the bed and room were. The hotel showed very little concern and handled the problem badly. It wasn’t the service I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms seem to have improved a lot lately. The TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, and the bathroom looked new. Everything was clean and nicely prepared. I loved it, and Maha gave great customer service :)

The owner shared the information and amenities a newcomer needs, and the staff helped me with the automated kiosk for both check-in and checkout. My room and bathroom were clean, and there was free clean drinking water. I also got a food voucher for the place beside the hotel, where the food was good quality and quantity for a low price. The hotel is conveniently placed for The Mines mall, buses and the MRT. I had a great short stay and would highly recommend it.

I booked a non-smoking room, but smoke hit my eyes as soon as I entered. When I complained right away, staff just sprayed some random, unknown aerosol. The bathroom had standing water, and the floor was dirty and slippery. The listing was very misleading. Absolutely disgusting, what a terrible hotel.

I’m having a really nice, comfortable stay here. I’d come back for sure and recommend it.
