The location is good, with lots of places to eat nearby, and the price was affordable. But I wouldn't call it worth it for a comfortable night's stay. The room smelled, the entrance light didn't work, the TV had no signal, and there was no tissue roll. You also have to pay to use the iron. There were plenty of plugs, but most didn't work. The bedsheet wasn't very clean, the water pipe was leaking, and the toilet floor was slippery. The mini fridge was broken and smelled bad, and there was no kettle despite what the photo showed. The front desk staff weren't very friendly and only understood English.

The windows wouldn't close, so noise and cooking smoke from the restaurant behind came in. The walls were falling apart, and the bed was stained and dirty. Even the towel was full of holes and smelled awful, worse than the cloth I use to wash my car. This hotel was unbelievably horrible and disgusting. It should get zero stars. Take this as a warning, don't stay here!

The staff were friendly, and for a budget hotel I felt it was worth the price, since I spent most days out. I stayed here while visiting KL because I needed to be close to APU. There are lots of places to eat nearby. I hope they add more dining choices in future.

The floor was slippery, though the staff were friendly. I booked for three people after being told by phone that the room would have two queen beds, but when I checked in there was only one queen bed.

I don't usually write reviews, but this really upset me. The fridge didn't work, and they charge extra to use the iron. The water wasn't working at all, so I had to shower in my friend's room. There were only 3-5 channels, and they were awful. The air con took ages to cool the room, and even at the lowest setting it still felt warm. Horrible!
