The verandah-style ledge outside each room is an interesting design idea, but it could be dangerous for children nearby, so parents should keep a close eye on them. Soundproofing was poor at certain times and affected guests in their rooms. The location can be convenient, though school holidays and public holidays may bring a downside.

The location worked well, with LePaPa hypermarket very close by. We did find ants in the room, and there was no floor towel in the bathroom, which was inconvenient after bathing because the floor got wet. Once we told housekeeping, they handled it well. Otherwise, everything was good.

We had a really comfortable stay, with a spacious, clean room. It was easy to shop for groceries right across from the hotel, and breakfast was very good too. I'd recommend staying here.

We held a hi-tea here, and the manager was easy to talk to and very helpful.

A good spot for a pit stop before heading to Pontianak, thanks to the location.
