The pool, gym and sauna were a hit with my family, and Setia City Mall was an easy walk over the connecting footbridge. We booked at the last minute, but Amirah from Reservations made that smooth, and check-in was quick. Our King Bed room was clean and comfortable, with Chromecast on the TV. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasted good. We also used the complimentary 1kg Tangerine Cake offer, which was delicious, then had lunch at 5 Wells Restaurant. The steak was good value and the burger was absolutely huge. I really enjoyed the stay and would gladly return for another comfortable staycation in Setia Alam.

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with lots to choose from and a different menu each day. Staff at the front desk, room service and breakfast were all very hospitable. The hotel is handy for business trips, with good amenities and a direct connection to Setia City Mall. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pillows felt a bit flat, though, and sometimes the AC seemed warm because it changes to a more sustainable mode after a few hours. Still, I'd love to stay here again soon.

My mom had another relaxing stay here, her eighth visit, and I appreciated being recognized as a Gold Elite member and upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. Nurain made check-in smooth, and congratulations to her on becoming Supervisor. The room cleanliness needs attention, though. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, which stood out to me as a Hotelier Room Division Manager who's particular about cleanliness. The service was great, but room quality and hotel facilities could be improved. Otherwise, things were OK for me.

We had high tea at Level 12 today (25/1/2025), and Tasnem Akmal Quezon made us feel welcome right away. He was attentive and helpful throughout, with a friendly, professional manner that felt sincere. His service made the visit enjoyable, and we'd like to come again. It reflects well on Courtyard by Marriott. Thanks for making the experience special.

Direct access to Setia City Mall made things very convenient, and the hotel has a luxurious look. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a tasty range of choices. My only gripe was the toilet, which had a bidet but no hose. Still, it was a very comfortable stay.
