Acappella Suite Hotel

The pool was lovely, and although it's small, it has things like a lifebuoy, surfboard, and balls that kids should enjoy. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a kitchen and living room. The downside was that there was no shower gel or shampoo. The green liquid in the bathroom smelled and looked like dishwashing liquid. Still, it's a good place for families.

The pool and parking were easy to access and well looked after, and the location is handy for shops, restaurants, and main routes around Shah Alam. My stay at Acappella Suite Hotel in Shah Alam was pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and well maintained, with the amenities needed for a relaxing visit and a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout, from check-in to check-out. A good-value choice for business or leisure, and I'd recommend it.

Free parking and lots of convenience stores nearby, and it worked well for our family of five, with preschool-age kids. We liked having a kitchenette, and it was near Church of Divine Mercy, Shah Alam. Breakfast was just okay, neither great nor bad. Good for families, and I'd recommend it.

The room was spacious, with two queen beds, clean fresh linens, and a bathtub the kids enjoyed. Parking was free, and it was near attractions and facilities. But the floor was so dusty that our feet turned black. I mopped the whole room myself with the bathroom mat, then washed the mat. The air conditioner cover was open, exposing the filter, and there was dust from servicing on the bathroom floor. The tub had some yellowish powder in it, not sure what it was, so I cleaned it before the kids used it. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, though I couldn't tell if it came from the air conditioner or neighboring rooms. My child got a fever afterward. The curtains were stained too. I tried to raise this at checkout, but the staff didn't seem interested in listening, so I'm leaving it here.
