The place was clean, pretty, and cozy, and we were really satisfied with our stay. Sarah at reception was so friendly and recommended interesting places and restaurants nearby. Would recommend staying here. Keep being awesome!

The room was reasonably priced and comfortable for a short trip, and the location was convenient. I had a pleasant stay, especially thanks to Sara at reception, who was friendly and very helpful throughout.

A quiet place to unwind, with restaurants within walking distance and Aeon Shah Alam just a five-minute drive away. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Daniel. A modest place with five-star service. I'll definitely stay again on future trips to Shah Alam.

They need to treat customers with more kindness and respect, and do the work with sincerity instead of focusing only on money. The tomboy staff member needs to learn how to communicate with people, and the Malay man in smart clothes on the morning shift should improve his communication too.

The staff were friendly, but that was the best part. I barely slept because the bed was so hard it gave me serious back pain. The toilet was a big no for me, and the elevator felt tiny. Not a comfortable stay.
