I had a terrible experience with two staff members. I asked politely about cancelling, and instead of helping, one of them asked why I hadn’t cancelled the week before. If I’d known there would be an issue, I would’ve done it earlier. I trust Google reviews more than Agoda apps after this. Even at a 3-star hotel, customers deserve basic respect and manners. We pay for the service, not to be spoken to rudely. They need to learn customer service.

The bathroom’s sliding door was broken, and there was a sudden blackout. The experience and service were bad, especially since staff didn’t take the initiative to fix either problem.

The room was small, really just for sleeping, and I booked a queen bed without a window. Still, the location is great, with lots of shops close by. The TV worked, and there was a water heater and air conditioning, plus a towel and praying mat. No soap was provided. There’s an iron and water dispenser on every level. The guy at reception was considerate and very helpful when I checked in at 4am. Parking is easy at night, but a nightmare from 12pm to 6pm.

There are plenty of eateries and shops nearby, which is the main advantage. I’d only pick this hotel as a solo traveller if all I needed was a place to rest. The room is small even for one person, so if comfort matters, look elsewhere first.
