We arrived very late, around 11pm, and check-in was smooth thanks to the 24-hour counter. We stayed at Orange Hotel on 7th - 8th Feb 2026. The next morning at around 9.30 am, a housekeeping staff member opened our door without knocking. I shouted and was terrified. He just said, “Oops, sorry, morning checking.” What did he mean by morning checking, checking whether people are sleeping? Guests have paid to stay until 11am, and housekeeping shouldn’t be sent before then, even if other rooms have early checkouts. Why the rush to clean at 9am? Only the front desk apologized. The manager knew about it but didn’t apologize. Please be careful if you stay here.

The room was quite dirty, but it had the basic necessities, and the shower water was really warm and nice. There’s a dim sum restaurant nearby, though getting into the parking can be difficult. The lobby is on level 4. It’s a good budget option if you just need somewhere to stay while exploring the area.

Good budget hotel in the Kota Kemuning area. Up market place, clinics, restaurants and a bank are all within walking distance.

The room was quiet on the 5th floor, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking, a lift, and stairs are available, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The hot water needs maintenance, though, and the TV reception is very weak.

Finding a halal place to eat was the only problem, but you can order through Foodpanda or GrabFood. I really loved the spacious, clean room, and the staff were very helpful. The body wash smelled so nice! I’ll definitely come again for a short escape 😻
