I was left waiting outside the gate in the rain after the host said there was a double booking on 15 September 2024. I had not cancelled the booking, and the host was angry when I called. They didn’t try to sort it out while I waited at the property. Customer service said they’d call me back about the refund after taking my personal number, but nobody ever did. I was still charged even though I wasn’t allowed to stay. Now the refund claim is being made difficult, and they want a picture of me waiting in the rain at the gate. If you book this place, take pictures and record your calls with them and customer service.
