They kindly let me check out at 1pm sharp, with an extra charge after that. It could work for a short overnight stop if you don't mind the room issues. There was no window, fresh air, or sunlight, though I'd been told that when I booked. The towels were old and had long hair on them, and the bedsheets had brown spots. There were also cracks in the bathroom walls. The place really needs some touch-ups.

The owner and staff were really nice, and the service was good. The room felt a little dark, though that might help you sleep well. It was comfortable to stay in, and they left mineral water and a few cup noodles in the room.

The TV had no channels at all. Also, the front desk lady warned us to make sure we left the room clean, which felt backwards to me. Then again, it was Wesak Day and there were hardly any other places available.

It’s a calm, peaceful place that works well for travellers on a tight budget. My room was very clean, and so was the shared bathroom. There’s food, an ATM, KFC, Pizza Hut, a Mamak Restaurant, and 7-Eleven within walking distance, and GRABCar is easy to get. The WIFI is super fast. They left two bottles of mineral water each day, plus snacks and food in the room in case you got hungry. The host was very helpful. Bring your own bathroom supplies, and if you’re Muslim, your own prayer mat.
