Apple Inn Hotel

As a foreigner, I wouldn't bother staying here. They wouldn't let us stay, even though Agoda showed three rooms available. I wasn't allowed into reception to show the staff member Google Translate on my phone to help us communicate. It was very strange. The hotel next door costs a little more, but the service was much friendlier and the room was perfect.

I paid RM110 for a family room after finding this hotel in the middle of the night. It had one queen bed and two single beds, an LCD TV with Astro, AC, an iron and board, a hair dryer, a kettle, and a table. The room was neat and clean, though the bathroom wasn't especially clean but was acceptable. The fresh towel had a yellow stain and smelled like soap or softener. The stairs up to the room were very steep, so they aren't suitable for elderly people or anyone with knee problems. For that price, it was worth it, and I was very satisfied. I'd come back with my family.

It's a simple, clean hotel and quite comfortable. The front desk staff member was really friendly and helpful, and patiently explained things to us.

I couldn't sleep at night. The room was dirty, with a filthy bed, and my feet felt almost sticky with every step on the floor. Hygiene really needs attention. The layout is like a duplex, with the bed upstairs and the toilet downstairs, which is inconvenient and dangerous for older people. The stairs are steep and risky to go up and down. Also, in room 307, there was no water at the sink or beside the toilet bowl.
