Lornia was courteous and polite when we first discussed the issue with our room. She handled it professionally and was very accommodating throughout my two-day stay, with lovely Malaysian hospitality. Before we left, she checked that everything was alright. Thank you so much.

This was my 4th year staying here for New Year. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's in a great location, though parking is limited. This year there were two major issues. First, after 11pm there was no staff to help us. Also, some selfish people took the iron and never returned it. I came down at 6am to iron, but couldn't, which was a real inconvenience and delayed our plans for the day.

Hotel 22 Gurney was great value, and I'd happily return on my next trip to Penang. The location near Gurney is super convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the friendly, helpful staff made me feel welcome.

The room was really nice and spacious for three people, and the service was definitely worth talking about. The hotel is near another hotel.

The service was excellent, though the location isn't near any tourist attractions. The rooms were clean but not new, and the bed made a lot of noise.
