The staff were quick to respond and very helpful, especially over chat. They took care of my questions and requests promptly and kindly. I asked for an iron ahead of time, and it was already in my room when I arrived, which I appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spotless private bathroom, and the hotel was well maintained. Most major attractions were close enough to walk to, making it easy to explore. I had a great weekend stay and plan to return on my next trip.

Kangsar Inn 73 was a good-value place to stay, with clean, cozy rooms and the basic amenities I needed. Its convenient spot near attractions and places to eat made getting around easy. The staff were attentive and very friendly, and offered useful tips on local sights. Wi-Fi was strong, which helped me stay connected and plan my travels. I'd recommend it if you're after an affordable place in town.

The staff are super friendly and the rooms are nice, so for the price I thought it was a very good stay. Just be aware that the beds are only around 180-185 cm long if you're tall like me. It can also get a little loud when people walk past your door.

I spent 3 nights here while visiting George Town. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the location worked well. The shower placement was the one drawback, but it was good value for money.

You can hear absolutely everything, from street noise to the people next door. The rooms are worn out, and there's no bed, just a thin mattress straight on the floor. The floors were dirty and hadn't been cleaned.
