Hi. I spent one night in a queen-size capsule bed room, and the place didn’t seem well maintained. There were dead insects in the door rail and bed, plus one live spider. The sheets and pillowcase hadn’t been changed and had lots of hair on them. When I pointed out that they looked unclean, the counter lady gave me a dramatic side-eye, then immediately called housekeeping to replace them. The queen capsule wasn’t soundproof, so I could hear a neighbour whispering from another capsule. It was close to the kitchen too, and smoke from other guests cooking or barbecuing got into the capsule. The plywood floor under the bed had a 3-inch gap where you could see dirt below. The things I liked: you can pick different colors of light inside the capsule, and there’s a mirror. There’s also a gate, pood, fish, and glass flooring nearby that you can take pictures of, close to the kitchen and capsule bed. The shower heater was the best. I’d rate the stay 2.5/5. They should keep the place tidy, clean, and well maintained, especially the beds. I saw the housekeeper washing the sheets, pillowcases, and blankets by hand. Aiyo tokei ahh, this is 2025, updage lahh! Thanks for reading.

It was low season, so I had the place to myself. It’s a sweet spot to chill, though it’s not very well maintained. The female dorm beds and bathroom were clean, with no bad smell or insects. There are a few good restaurants nearby, and the view is lovely. They provide hot water and a hot plate for making something small. It’s quite far from the city, so I’d recommend having some kind of vehicle. They do offer a driver, though, who charged me RM30 one way.

The road in is easy to reach and not far from the main road. I stayed in the women's shared room, with eight beds and two shared bathrooms inside. The cooking and social areas are shared with the men's room outside the bedrooms. Nights were really cold and chilly.

We booked a month ahead, but nobody contacted us when our room became unavailable because of renovation. At check-in, the front desk wanted us to pay extra for a different room, even though the change wasn't our fault. The room itself was poorly maintained, especially the bathroom, which leaked. This was the worst place to stay, particularly for families. Read the Google reviews before booking, and don't trust content creators about this place.

The toilets hadn't been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets had stains that looked like feces. There were cockroaches too. Filthy, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. My worst stay ever. Avoid this place.
