For RM118, I got two single beds, but the room was horrible and the service was useless. The staff member was rude and unfriendly. There was a bad smell, the towels were dirty, the water supply was very poor, and the water heater didn’t work. They should have told me about the condition beforehand. Please fix room 206 before letting customers stay in it.

The room felt small for the two of us with two queen beds. We were also close to the highway toll. The power went out from 11:30 p.m. until 1:15 a.m., and we were thinking of checking out at 2 a.m. if it wasn't fixed. It came back before then. The hotel staff gave us nasi lemak the next morning, maybe as an apology. Thanks.

Over the two days I booked, the power went out more than eight times, and the water pressure was poor. Breakfast was offered on the first day, then the next day they said the breakfast kid didn't come. They just hung breakfast on the door without telling us. When I asked about the blackouts, the staff said a family had stayed five days before without any problems. Service was poor.

The floor tiles look new, and the room was very clean. There’s ample parking, and the hotel is easy to reach, near the PLUS Highway exit for Sg Petani (U).

The room was okay for the price, though a bit smaller than I expected for two people. The bed was comfortable, but I found some hair on it, which was unpleasant. Breakfast is included, but the coupon only covers one person, so the other person has to pay. The workers were quite nice.
