M Design Hotel at Bangi 7

Someone tried to take my car’s windshield wiper overnight and broke it in the process. When I asked the lobby about CCTV, I found out their cameras only cover the hotel entrance. That was the last straw in a stay that had already been awful. I checked in on August 15. The parking area was very dark, the bathroom was so cramped I couldn’t shut the door while showering, and peeling wall paint made the room uncomfortable. I could even hear the lobby stairway doorbell from inside because the soundproofing was so poor. It rained during the night, and the noise on the window sounded like a thunderstorm right beside me. The hotel has been operating for a long time, and I wondered how they hadn’t noticed the building didn’t handle rain well. I tried to chalk it up to an unusually heavy downpour. Later, an alarm rang for at least 15 minutes. I couldn’t tell whether it came from the hotel or a neighboring building, and told myself it was just bad luck. For a business traveler, maybe one night would have been bearable, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Truly terrible.
