The location makes it easy to get around town, with a mall, shops, food, and banks nearby. Check-in and checkout were quick, and there was plenty of free parking on weekends and public holidays. There's also a water dispenser and an iron in the hall. The security is basic, just CCTV and an old key. The room was outdated and frankly not very clean. Housekeeping seemed to do little beyond the bedding and floor, so keep your valuables close. I wouldn't stay long, and it's at your own risk.

The hotel sits above the 'Q' Bistro on the first and second floors, and it's a basic budget option. In the room I had two single beds, AC, TV, dressing table, clothes hanger, and two towels. No toiletries, kettle, hairdryer, or hot shower. There was an iron and ironing board in the hallway, and I think there was a water dispenser too. The rooms are clean, though the floor felt a bit sticky, maybe they need a different floor cleaner. My faucet leaked all night, so I told reception the next morning to get it fixed and avoid wasting water. The lighting could be better, especially in the toilet and corridors. As a solo female traveler, I'd rather have bright lighting than dim surroundings. The mattress was worn, with a spring bulging out. At least the mamak place downstairs means you can get food at any time of day. 😄

There were cockroaches all over the room when we arrived, and after just six hours we decided to check out, even though we'd booked two days. The room was uncomfortable and had a strange smell. The toilet leaked, and the cleanliness and hygiene were well below average.

The ceiling leaked, with mold and water dripping onto the floor. It didn't feel safe for children. Management wouldn't move us to another room and only gave us towels and a bucket. Terrible experience and service. Avoid this hotel.
