There are plenty of places to eat nearby, along with shops for clothes, toiletries, and phones. Finding parking close to the hotel can take a while since shoppers fill the spaces, so you may need to wait for someone to leave. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean, though it wasn't particularly nice for enjoying a shower. This is a very basic city lodging with no elevator, so anyone with weak knees should choose a first-floor room. The staff were just okay, not especially friendly but not intimidating either.

We never stayed at all. When we arrived, the staff said every room on 11/12 had a technical issue and the access cards wouldn't work. They told us to cancel and get the refund through the booking app. But today, 19/12, I got an email saying the hotel won't refund our money. The room total was almost RM 245, which is a lot for us. Poor, shame on them, getting rich this way!
