The room was clean, and the side window had a nice view. The owner left some snacks and Milo/tea sachets. It's within walking distance of icity central mall. Wifi was available, and the TV had YouTube and Netflix, though Netflix needs our own account. The towel still had a stain, even though I believe it had been washed.

The studio, booked on agoda for 140-150 Rm, was excellent and had everything. The owner didn't charge me a security deposit, which is generally 50-100rm, and even left some hotel-like goodies. Pool and gym access were included, and the place is above icity and mall with a great view. My one irritation was the very slow TV, so I had to use a mouse instead of the remote.

The studio was comfortable for my family and our 4 children, and parking was free. It's close to i-city park and mall. The place was clean and cozy. Self check-in was a little confusing, but the host was helpful and quick to respond.

Easy to get to, with all the basic facilities. The bathroom is huge, and it smells nice.
