We arrived right at 3pm to collect the keys, but they weren't there. Management could only be reached by WhatsApp text, not by phone. After some back and forth explaining that there were no keys, we finally got them around 3:30pm. In the room, we found that half the AC wasn't working. Management said it was a holiday and nobody could come until the next day, then asked if we could put up with it for one night. We were on vacation, and they expected us to wait around for their tech team. They also said the previous guest hadn't complained and asked why we were raising it. When we requested a refund, the discussion went back and forth. We gave three options: fix the AC, put us in another hotel for the night, or give us a full refund. Absolutely the worst experience. I won't book with them again.

The location is good, which makes this a shame, but I wouldn't stay here long term. Management has so many pointless rules that I've never been this annoyed with condo management before. It feels like they're on a power trip.

There are restaurants in the shops, but not one parking space available for customers. Every spot is reserved. The guards telling drivers to move are only following management's instructions, so I don't blame them. The management here is super lousy.

The building looks beautiful, and I like how the swimming pool goes around the gym. The facilities are well maintained too.

I stayed here through Airbnb while my nearby home was being renovated, and my host was super responsive from the start. The place felt quiet and peaceful, with a reported no-noise rule after 9 pm. Security also seemed good, so I felt safe. The three-block layout didn't feel too dense, and eateries and Aeon Big are within walking distance. Level 7 has the gym, pool and a cinema, though I didn't check out the cinema. Most of that level seemed well maintained and had a premium feel, plus outdoor exercise equipment. The changing toilets for gym and pool users did have a strange smell, though. I got lost trying to navigate the parking area, despite having instructions, because I'm bad at reading them. The parking spaces are narrow, especially for my SUV. I'd find an excuse to come back, haha. Give it a try if you haven't been.
