I spent 3 days and 2 nights here with my OKU mother, and the hotel lift broke down and became problematic. We had to use the stairs from the first floor, carrying her wheelchair and helping her down to the ground floor. I'd strongly recommend another hotel nearby. The lift was really unreliable during our stay.

Parking wasn't free, and it could get noisy outside. I hope the staff will keep their voices down, especially at night. My room was spacious, and the OKU-style bathroom worked fine for me. The room phone didn't work, but after I WhatsApped the number listed on Google, room service responded quickly and did a good job.

The queen room for two was comfortable enough for our one-night stay, though it wasn't very spacious. There was room for me to perform solat. I did miss having somewhere to hang clothes, and the water heater wasn't working.

For a short stay, this place is acceptable, though it could offer better comfort and value. The room and facilities were just okay, and parking costs extra, which was inconvenient. The location is handy, with some nearby eateries still open before 10 PM.

I spent two nights here on my own and found it comfortable. The room, bed and bathroom were clean and well kept, and the air conditioning worked well. Wi-Fi was okay. On the second day I requested housekeeping and a prayer mat, and both requests were handled without any trouble. They also had the usual free coffee and a small pack of peanuts, a nice touch.
