Breakfast was delicious and well organized, and the calm atmosphere felt like heaven, truly tenang jiwa while eating. The pool is on the small side but serene, a nice quiet place to unwind. My room at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie was clean, modern, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, one of my best sleeps, and the bathroom was spotless and well equipped. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. A wonderful stay, beyond expectations, and I'd definitely come back. Highly recommended 🤍

The location is a bit far from attractions, and the room amenities didn't meet a four-star hotel standard. The bathroom design caused water to leak out, leaving it wet and slippery. I found the Ramadan iftar average, with not much food choice. On the plus side, check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable and cozy.

There's plenty of free parking for guests, separate from the other building, so I felt safe walking from the car to the lift lobby. Staff made us feel welcome right from arrival, even the guards were friendly and nice. The room was great and comfortable, with a bed so cozy it felt like sleeping on clouds. TV had a few channels, the mini fridge worked, and the bathroom was super clean with the shower and toilet separated, which was convenient for me. I didn't catch breakfast, so can't comment, but the cakes looked yummy. I think they were around RM20-40.

After checking out, I got part of my deposit back in counterfeit money, which is a very serious issue. I contacted the hotel on WhatsApp straight away, but have received no reply, clarification, apology, or compensation. They seem to have saved my number since I can still see their WhatsApp status updates, yet my message has been ignored. As a guest, I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The hotel should at least acknowledge the complaint, apologize, and take responsibility for fixing the problem. I hope management treats this seriously and improves customer service and accountability so others don't have the same experience. For transparency, I've attached evidence of the counterfeit money and screenshots of the WhatsApp messages that never got a response.

The staff at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie showed real empathy when my companion was unwell and taking antibiotics. They checked in on us on their own and offered complimentary nasi lemak, pastries, and extra bottled water to help us stay comfortable during a difficult time. The room was cozy, and the team's hospitality was top-notch. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
