I liked the hotel's simple, distinctive interior, which gives it character. The room smelled nice and was clean, with enough space for two. There were a few tiny spots on the bedsheet, but nothing major. Check-in happens at a machine, though staff will help if anything goes wrong, and the process was smooth. I'd seen comments about crows outside, and they're right. If you're driving, expect the birds to leave your car a bit dirty. For the price, it was a comfortable stay with a unique feel and convenient facilities.

I've stayed here many times because it's near my office, but the facilities still haven't improved. The card payment at the kiosk has also been out of order for a long time. In Room 219, the lock is very hard to open and takes a strong pull. The shower has no hot water either.

The location is great, with restaurants and shops nearby and a mosque just across the road. The room was okay, but rather small; a family room would be better. There wasn't much space to pray in the small room. The service was the worst part. There are no staff on site between 12am and 8am, only two WhatsApp numbers for emergencies. On Wednesday, 8th April 2026, we went out for morning prayer and got locked out because the card they gave us wouldn't open the door. We messaged both numbers and called them many, many times, but neither answered. My wife had a program at 8:30am, and being stuck outside until staff could arrive, no earlier than 8am, caused unnecessary stress. They give guests emergency numbers but don't pick up. Very, very bad. I've never reviewed a hotel this badly before.

It was a clean, comfortable room with privacy and space to pray, and a great place to rest while traveling. Getting there was easy and traffic was lighter. There's a tomyam shop just downstairs and other convenient facilities nearby. 👍

It looks clean and attractive online and from the outside, but the room isn't worth rm100++ for a single. A small room is fine, but being old, broken, and unclean isn't acceptable.
