We arrived at 11pm and couldn't find the building. Waze took us to the wrong entrance, Google Maps showed the place but there were no signs, and nobody knew the building. We even met a group with the same problem. I later saw that many Agoda reviews described similar bad experiences. There was no reception and no key collection information had been sent. We couldn't find a contact in our Agoda order, so we called the service line, which gave us the host's number. It took about an hour for the line to work. The host said he had sent lots of messages earlier, but I hadn't received any. The service was bad. They then asked for an RM100 deposit, which felt like a waste of time after their confusing system had sent us running around and asking for help. We finally found staff and paid the deposit in cash. It seemed to be collected in person to make sure we checked out before 12pm, or they could charge extra. We also paid RM11 for parking, then exchanged the key and money. Before checkout, you have to keep calling because their line is extremely bad. The parking lot was confusing too. If you run into the same problem, I hope this helps.
