The room was clean and comfortable, though basic, as you'd expect from a budget hotel. The walls are thin and you can hear noise from neighbouring rooms. Staff were friendly, and the location is handy, with plenty of food options plus a couple of convenience stores and coffee places within walking distance.

The place felt cozy and had a nice boutique character. It was clean, well looked after, and the staff were really friendly. I enjoyed staying here, especially for its personal feel compared with a large chain hotel.

The service was easy and made the stay even better. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and smiling. SUPERBBB, I’d definitely come back!

I was surprised to be charged RM50 for checking out early, since I’d read the booking terms carefully and couldn’t find any mention of an early check-up fee. I’d like an explanation for why it was charged, and a refund if possible. Fees should be made clear in the terms before customers are charged.

There were roaches and other bugs in both the room and hallways. The male receptionist with glasses was passive aggressive, though the other staff were very nice.
