The only uncomfortable part of my iftar at Concorde Shah Alam last week was sitting outside by the glass hall. It felt quite warm, like the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and I was sweating. The food was good, though, and the staff were truly excellent. Everyone I met was friendly, attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. They greeted guests warmly and made the meal feel welcoming. Their professionalism and positive attitude stood out. With the temperature in that area improved, the experience could be even better.

The Batak Band made the evening feel festive with their live music, and it was thoughtful of them to sing a birthday song for my friend. That personal gesture made the celebration more meaningful for all of us. We also had warm, attentive service throughout, especially from Ikhwan & Haikel, who were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The Ramadan Buffet at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam had a generous variety of tasty local and international dishes, all nicely presented. I especially enjoyed the traditional Ramadan choices and desserts, and the live cooking stations added to the atmosphere. A lovely buffet for getting together with family and friends.

The dining area was a little warm at times because the air conditioning didn't seem to be working at its best. It was manageable and didn't spoil the meal, though improving the temperature would make a busy iftar more comfortable. I enjoyed the buffet at Concorde Shah Alam, with its broad choice of Malaysian, Western, and other international dishes. Everything I tried was flavorful and well prepared, and the food quality was very good. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive all evening. I'd recommend it for the food variety, quality, and service. For me, it was a positive experience, 4/5 stars, with one star off for the air conditioning.

The string music from the live band gave the evening a warm, festive Ramadan feel. Ikhwan also made our meal more memorable with his attentive, polite service and warm smile. The buffet at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam had an impressive spread, with every dish nicely prepared. The sup kambing was rich and comforting, the nasi lemak fragrant and balanced, and the apam balik brought back nostalgic kampung vibes. It was a lovely buka puasa gathering with great food, service, and music.

Having a spacious, clean surau on site made it easy to pray. The restaurant felt welcoming and well organized, and the buffet had plenty to choose from. I especially liked the soup kambing, mee goreng mamak, and satay. Thanks to the culinary and service teams, and special appreciation to Ikhwan and Kamarul for looking after us so attentively. A pleasant Ramadhan meal at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam, recommended.
