I lost luggage containing valuable items in the Black A1 P1 Residence parking area at I Soho, and the way management dealt with it was a huge disappointment. First, they told me I needed to file a police report before they would check CCTV. Once I'd done that, they said the mouse wasn't working and they couldn't view the footage. At the management office, I was told to send an email instead. After I emailed, I was told none of the CCTV systems were working. Having an excuse at every step is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. What's the point of installing CCTV if it doesn't work? This reflects terribly on the management. Honestly, rubbish management.

The pictures they showed before payment made the house look really nice. What we got was more like a chicken coop. If you're thinking of booking a homestay here, check it out first and don't hand over a deposit or IC too quickly. After that, they treated us indifferently. Please don't deal with Mr Choong.

The air conditioning was slow, the fans barely worked, and the Wi-Fi was painfully slow. It also took us an hour just to get inside. Very poor quality.

It was okay.
