The reception was fine and the rate was reasonable, but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the sheets were stained. I know it’s a budget stay, but basic cleanliness should be a given. I had to sleep around the stains, which was uncomfortable. Housekeeping needs to improve, and the no-smoking rule needs stricter enforcement.

I added a picture so people can see how bad this place is. They still charge RM100 per stay. The Wi-Fi signal was so weak my phone wouldn’t even connect. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Please stay away. Too bad there’s no negative rating option, I’d give it -5.

The room smelled rotten, and the pillow was much too soft and very old. There wasn’t a cup or glass, either. The ironing board was old too, please replace it.

The location was convenient, close to restaurants and convenience stores, and I had a very enjoyable one-day stay. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were efficient and genuinely friendly. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The welcoming atmosphere made the visit memorable. I’d gladly come back and recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant.
