Symphony Suite @ I-City Theme Park

It gets really crowded at night, and I still spent almost RM100 despite there not being many games. You have to use an app, with a RM10 minimum top-up. Some games are RM6 per person, others RM10 or even RM20. I had RM4 left in the app and couldn't use it since I didn't want to top up another RM10 and had no more games I wanted to play. The prices felt somewhere in the middle, neither very cheap nor too expensive. Once was enough for me, I wouldn't go again.

The prices for the kids' play areas and water boat tickets felt far too high, and the rides weren't very good. Staff everywhere, both men and women, spoke rudely, laughed at and bullied customers. When we asked questions, they made very strange faces. It was just an okay experience at best. This was my first and last visit to i-city theme park, and I wouldn't recommend going back.

There are eateries, parking is reasonable, and a couple of hotels are conveniently located nearby. Office space is also available. The park has a good range of attractions, with younger kids enjoying them more than teenagers, and families do come here to spend time together. The idea behind i-City theme park was clearly good, though the execution could have been more effective. It's still reasonably popular, and I had a good experience overall.

We topped up RM100 through the app as new users and got RM120 in credits, which helped with discounted attractions. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere, with both exciting rides and impressive light displays. It isn't only for kids, adults can have a good time too. A nice mix of excitement and downtime, good for families or a grown-up outing.
