We were okay with the room since we were checking out early, but having no water in the bathroom was unacceptable. We checked in late to our triple room and found the bathroom dry. Even after a staff member turned on the pump outside, there was still no water. They let us use the bathroom in another room, so we had to go back and forth whenever we needed the toilet. It was quite a hassle, and there were no other rooms left to move to. You get what you pay for, but the housekeeper should check the unit properly before it’s offered for sale. Thanks.

I was there for 13 days during the Shah Alam Stadium Ramadan Event. It was convenient enough, with the Stadium only 5-10 minutes away. There was no housekeeping service at all, and I had to ask for soap and a tissue roll. Still, it wasn’t bad for a place to come back to just to rest and sleep. 😁

The room for three was pretty spacious, and the hotel was decent for a budget stay. I only spent one night there recently. They supplied soap, but no shampoo or body wash, and I had to bring my own sejadah.

The toilet wasn’t very clean, but it’s a cheap hotel. You pay peanuts, you get monkeys, so I’m not complaining.
