We booked house 6F based on the photos and description, but the hostess put us in the neighboring unit, 6E. The place seemed neglected and unclean, and I’m not sure it had been prepared for guests at all. There was a broken doorknob, a leaking or broken kitchen tap, and a thin mattress, about 2 inches, that was torn. The sofa was torn too, with a blanket over it to hide the damage. The bathroom drain was clogged with hair, and the kitchen sink was full of leftover food scraps, which we cleaned up. There was also a large broken mirror left in the living room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I hope the host fixes the maintenance and cleaning problems for future visitors.

For RM259 a night, you get a comfortable, nicely decorated modern three-storey house with 4 bedrooms and 5 toilets. There’s a children’s room on the third floor with a child’s bed, little ladder, and slide. The slide is quite steep, so it might not suit children under 4. Given the condition and comfort, the price is pretty cheap. I’d recommend it to other travellers.

The kitchen is well equipped, and the house is beautiful and clean. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom. I had an excellent stay and would stay again.

We’ll recommend it to friends and family. The place was super clean and convenient, the housekeeper was friendly, and the nightly price was good.

Good for a big family, with air-conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi. A great place to stay.
