8/10
Wendy and Reno at reception were especially helpful, always smiling and positive. Their customer service was second to none, and they made my time in Sibu that much better. Thank you both. My room was small but cosy, with excellent air conditioning and hot water available all the time. Breakfast was included, with an adequate choice of dishes. It's an excellent budget option in Sibu, and the lovely staff gave five star service. Wendy and Reno are great ambassadors for the hotel and the city.

6/10
Parking was good, and the reception staff were friendly. They didn't offer to help even though I had so many bags, though. The room and lift smelled unpleasant, probably because the hotel is old. The lift doors didn't open properly, an issue that seems common here. The toilet had visible stains and wasn't well maintained, and the shower space was much too small to use comfortably. The towels were worn out, and the TV was practically useless.

I left my iPad behind, and the staff kept it safe until I could come back for it. They were incredibly friendly. The hotel itself may be old, but it was comfortable, and they provided complimentary coffee and a water boiler. A pleasant stay.

Room service was poor, and there was no water all day. The breakfast was very, very basic.

I've stayed here before. It's reasonably priced, clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly.
