The location is perfect, and for the price I think it's still okay. My room was close to the staircase, though, and the windows did a lousy job blocking noise.

Nice experience for a short vacay, everything was okay.

I was in a rush the day I checked out because I had to go to a funeral, and only realized the next day that I'd left my handphone under the pillow in the room. After reaching JB, I called the hotel. The answer was careless, they said they hadn't seen anything in the room, and they didn't apologize. I'm very disappointed. A very bad hotel, not recommended at all.

We stayed on the ground floor right behind reception in this two-storey hotel in a shop lot. There is parking in front, and the air conditioning was cold. The toilet was clean, but there were stains on the bed sheet. Extra pillows or blankets cost more. I could hear the reception phone ringing because the soundproofing wasn't good. Fine for a regular weekday stay, but light sleepers should bring ear plugs.

The air conditioning was cool, the shower heater worked, and we had Wifi and Netflix for watching movies. It had all the basic needs, and I really liked the hotel overall. Praying was quite difficult for me as a Muslim, though. A very nice place to stay around Lumut.
