Apple Suites Hotel

Right in the heart of town, close to a bank, cafe, restaurants and other conveniences. The setup is simple, clean and reasonably priced, so don't expect anything fancy. I was initially taken aback by the car park view, but it turned out to be good, and nights were quiet. There are only eight indoor spaces, through the side entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking needs to be paid through a parking app. The shower screen is too short, so water can spill onto the floor.

The manager, Sunny, accused a customer of being a scammer and couldn't explain the situation clearly. His staff member Firdaus had to calmly and professionally explain the payment process for him. It was embarrassing to see the manager act that way. That title doesn't mean much if this is the standard. Shocking behavior, with no customer service skills or professionalism.

The TV here might as well be for display. The channels can't be viewed, and it's the same excuse every time, even though you've been running a hotel for donkey years and charging guests. It feels like management cares more about making money than about dissatisfied occupants. When I raised it, the top guy gave me the choice to stay or leave, with not a single apology. You guys stink. Choose your hotel carefully, and don't choose Apple Suites hotel,Sitiwan. Dot...

The room was spacious and good value for money, but the TV was a letdown. All the channels kept lagging, and I don't understand why.
