The themed room was a fun touch. Mine had a zebra design, which gave the stay some character. Inside, the room was clean, kept up well, and larger than I expected, while the bathroom was clean and its basic amenities worked. There were some small cracks in the wall paint, but they didn't affect comfort. The hotel is in shop lots and looks modest from outside, though the stay was practical and comfortable. Staff at reception were polite and responded when I needed help. The lift made the upper floors easier to reach with luggage. I also found the ironing equipment useful, and there was a phone in the room for contacting other rooms or the front desk. A shared water dispenser was handy for refilling bottles. For a short stay, it was good value, with a reasonable mix of comfort, affordability, and useful basics.

The room was dirty, with hairs under the bedsheet, a stained headboard, and a blanket that made me itch. Noise came from both the street and next door. The receptionist was rude and didn't explain anything. Not worth staying here.

Terrible. I booked through the app, but when I arrived they suddenly said it was fully booked and asked me to pay directly. PLEASE DON'T CONSIDER THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL!

The room was a good deal for the price, with a nice view from the fourth floor. The bed was big and comfortable, and even though the desk felt flimsy, it worked fine for online work. When I requested cleaning, it was done well each time, with everything replaced and water restocked. The staff were kind and helpful, though I couldn't always find someone at reception to leave a request. There were some hassles: hair in the shower at check-in, dust in the room, and towels that smelled strange after they were changed. Also, the little staircase before the lift is awkward if you're travelling alone with heavy luggage. Still, it's a good place to stay.
