Parking was the downside. We had to pay RM12.00 a day to park outside, since the lady said there was no parking in the building. The studio itself was spacious, with comfortable beds and nice decor. The toilet was clean enough. The lady who let us in seemed unaware that the access card couldn’t be used in the "lif bomba".

We stayed in a studio apartment set up as an AirBnB, with two queen beds, a fridge, kitchen sink, TV, Wi-Fi, two AC units, hot shower, pillows, and towels. The mattress was fantastic. The location is handy for the LRT and BRT, or you can use Grab. It’s a 5-7 minute walk to the LRT. The apartment lobby is in the building, either Tower A or Tower B, not in the mall. There’s a Mamak store opposite the apartment, behind the Shell petrol station, which is convenient if you’re used to the local culture and weather. Before booking, check that all the electronics work properly. Both AC units took hours to cool the place down. We switched them on at 8 pm, and it took 4-5 hours.

On the night of 23 Mar 2025, as I’m writing this, loud and obnoxious guests in unit A-14-10 are disturbing the people who actually live in the building. I’m giving the business one star for putting up inconsiderate guests and not reminding them to respect the noise level for others, especially the residents. I also disagree with the business model. Not having the funds to build a hotel doesn’t mean you should run your bow-doh business in a residential building.

There’s an infinity pool on the roof, and parking felt easy and safe, though the parking attendants kept chasing us. Maybe visitors staying in the apartment should get a special parking pass or discount. The apartment itself is huge, and the TV has internet access with Netflix and on-demand videos.
