The hotel's response was the worst part. I asked to change rooms several times, but was told all rooms had the same issues. When I reported them, staff said, “No one else has had problems; only you are being fussy,” and dismissed my concerns. Later I saw platform reviews describing the same problems, which the hotel apparently still hasn't fixed. It showed no responsibility or regard for guest feedback. The room floor was covered in hair and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed was so low I nearly sat on the springs, with no support, and the pillow was unusually low too. Then the broken bathroom water heater gave me an electric shock when I turned it on, a serious safety hazard. This stay was a disaster. The hygiene and facilities were poor, service was perfunctory, and the hotel ignored longstanding safety issues. I wouldn't recommend it.

I booked for a marathon and found the hotel in a strategic, busy location with many shops nearby. The water heater worked well, the price was low, and it suited a short stay.

I was given a queen deluxe even though my Agoda booking said king deluxe. Apparently, the hotel doesn’t have a king deluxe room, and there was no sign explaining the change. The room was small, and the bed was awful. I could feel the springs pressing into my back. There’s no lift, and the listed amenities weren’t all in the room: the hairdryer, for example, was kept at reception.

We stayed here for a quick business trip. The place was easy to find, and even when we got back late there were still empty parking spaces. Our room was clean and the A/C worked well. There were enough outlets for our devices, plus bottled water and a kettle. The bathroom had a wall-mounted body soap dispenser, and the Wi-Fi was slow at about 10 Mbps but stayed connected. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and I could feel the springs. Soundproofing was poor too: we heard other guests’ footsteps and conversations from inside our room, and people outside could hear guests talking in their rooms. There’s no elevator.
