At least there was no bad smell in the room. But the air conditioner is old, with a very noisy compressor, and the lift was broken. The bedsheets and towels had grey spots or stains, as other reviews have mentioned. The WiFi is only 5 Mbps in 2026, and I couldn't connect to the strongest access point. I asked the counter staff to restart the router, but he said they couldn't and told me to use another access point instead.

Everything is close by, and there are places to get food 24 hours a day, so the location is great. For the price, the bed and cleanliness were acceptable. The door gets locked at midnight. I had to ring the bell and knock for a few minutes before it was opened.

The area around the hotel was quite dirty. The towels looked so grey and grubby that I didn't dare use them. The counter staff was unfriendly and didn't smile once.

For SS15 prices, I can't complain too much. The air conditioning and water pressure were fine, and the bathroom was spacious enough for one person to shower. The water stayed very hot even when set to a cool temperature. Water heaters and drinking water are available outside the room. There was only one TV channel, Sarawak TV, and the lift wasn't working, so don't bring too much luggage if you're staying upstairs. Check-in at the counter requires a RM50 deposit. The towel had become a little dark and was almost worn through, so it needs replacing.
