Empire subang should take action on this vendor and make sure they do better. Kidzoona Empire was a big disappointment, especially for the entrance price. Many games didn't work, the ones that did looked worn and poorly maintained, and there were very few toys. The place didn't feel fun or appealing for children. Cleanliness was worrying too. The sand play area smelled bad, as if it hadn't been cleaned or refreshed for a long time. The floor carpets were heavily worn and looked like they hadn't been replaced in years. The trampoline-like jumping area felt unsafe because of its condition, and the ball pit didn't look clean, so I wondered how often it was sanitised. Families paying a premium should be able to expect a clean, safe, engaging place for kids. This outlet falls well short. It badly needs proper cleaning and major maintenance.

Yusof was especially helpful and friendly throughout our karaoke session, and the customer service was excellent. The sound system was really good, and the food was delicious with free-flow service. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely come again.

The lower ground floor is busy with restaurants, but the upper floors are almost deserted. The escalator has also been under repair for months, with no sign of progress. This small mall has potential, but poor management and upkeep are holding it back.

It's small, but has a very atas vibe. I like coming for brunch because the cafes are top-tier, and the whole place feels private and cozy.

After all these years, it's still not a bad place to visit. The facilities feel well balanced, and Jaya Grocer is the anchor. Most of the F&B places are on the lower levels, which are busier. The tenants feel more lifestyle-oriented and bring in a bigger crowd, with more interesting choices than the old mall concepts. This is the mall that killed Suvang Parade, and it seems a little busier than the other one.
