Having shops, cafes and restaurants downstairs is the one real plus. Otherwise, there are a lot of problems. Usually only three of the five or six lifts work, and with no fans or AC in the waiting areas, even going down can take nearly eight minutes. The parking area also has no ventilation, so it gets unbearably hot. There aren't any management-provided bins in the lobby or parking lot, and people litter. The refuse room has just two large bins for around 30 units on each floor, so it overflows and rubbish isn't disposed of properly. Cockroaches have become a problem, including in my unit, which is next to the refuse room. Management rarely answers complaints. Leaking pipes in the parking area once dripped onto my white car and stained its paint and windshield. I had to polish it to get the marks off. Also, parcel collection costs extra after the first 20 minutes. If the lift takes ten minutes to come down, that leaves only ten minutes free. The downstairs shops are why this gets two stars. I strongly recommend against renting or buying here.

The people here are good, and there are plenty of malls, shops and things to do nearby. But the management service has left me extremely disappointed. They seem not to care about complaints, and I'm fed up with it. Please take action. I'm only asking you to take your work seriously and treat the complaints you receive with care. Please don't lose sight of your responsibilities.

The shoplots downstairs are the only reason this gets two stars. The lifts are painfully slow, and usually two or three of the six aren't working. The lobbies have no AC, fans or ventilation, so waiting feels suffocating. The place is dirty, with cockroaches everywhere, and management is awful.

I've lived here for almost two years, and the sewer smell has been around for a while, though it used to happen less often. For the last four days I've woken up to it, and lately it's become much more frequent. Management hasn't been able to fix it. Owners keep raising prices while living conditions get worse by the day. Please do something. We're going to start a petition and collect signatures so the people responsible will act.
