It's a quiet place to live, surrounded by greenery, and the location is good. The gym has enough equipment and it's pet-friendly. The park looks rundown and needs improvement, while the basketball court is still very dim late in the evening and at night, so it needs more lights. The management office also needs to work more efficiently.

The walls are dirty, with handprints all over and paint peeling in places. The air conditioning keeps breaking, and the rent is so expensive it's not worth it. My phone is always without service too. How can two rooms cost RM 1.7k?

The lift in block B is slow on an ordinary day, and there are only two lifts on that side. Every month it has problems a few times, and sometimes the wait is 3-4 minutes. The door often closes halfway, opens again, and repeats this about five times before it shuts. This isn't a new problem, and it never seems to end. Cap ayam lift.
