Please do not rent here. I'm currently renting, and honestly, it was the worst decision I made. The management is extremely unreliable. Electricity bills are high, the cleaning service isn't up to standard, and the utilities are extremely dirty. Other things are broken too. I have photos to prove it.
Friends of mine who rented here say the water pump keeps breaking. Repairs only seem to last a few hours or days before the same problem returns, and it has apparently been out since March. They also report electricity problems and Wi-Fi that cuts out at random for hours. One friend lost nearly half her deposit over a room lightbulb fuse that blew during her stay, which she couldn't control, plus cleaning fees even though she had cleaned before leaving. Sunway/INTI students considering this place, please look elsewhere.
The room is tiny, has no windows, and the fan didn't work, so I had to buy one myself. You also have to pay to reload the air conditioning. Hygiene and maintenance were poor, and management wasn't good. For this price, it's not worth it; you can find a better room for the same amount. Staying long term could really drive you crazy.
This place is seriously awful. The water and electricity sometimes stop, and you can see how bad things are just by looking in the fridge. The only reason I can give it one star is the Wi-Fi.
After only about two weeks here, the water dispenser broke and water started flowing into my room. I reported it to the manager but didn't get a good explanation. Hygiene is poor.
