Hotel Lismar Subang Jaya

I've been a regular here for a few months, but I think this was my last stay. The front desk customer service is very bad, with an I'm-better-than-you attitude, and the managers are the same. They speak rudely. They charged a cleaning fee for soil on the sheets that could come off easily with water and detergent, without asking first. When I questioned it, the front desk said the cleaning rules were posted all over the wall, which was obviously a blatant lie. I also tried to sign up for the corporate program, but nobody ever got back to me. Good luck.

The location is really nice, close to convenience stores like family mart and plenty of restaurants with different options. There are cafes too, including starbucks. The price is reasonable, the rooms are a bit small, but the beds are comfortable. The toilet is simple, the air conditioning worked fine, and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel condition is generally not bad, and the WiFi was good, but hygiene needs improvement. While I was asleep, a big rat came down from the ceiling and stole my breakfast. I reported the concern to reception and hope management takes the issue seriously.

It works well for a short trip or a longer stay, with the LRT, mall, and just about everything else nearby. There’s no laundry service, but a 24-hour self-service laundromat is next door. The hotel also has free Wi-Fi, plus a shared ironing area and microwave.
