Shahmeer made a real difference to my stay. He was professional, warm and attentive, and checked that everything was taken care of with a genuine smile. The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable, with great amenities. From arrival onward, the hotel felt elegant, welcoming and very well maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I had an amazing time.

From check-in through check-out, the team were warm, attentive and ready to help. They handled my requests with care, and you could tell they genuinely cared about guest comfort. Shahmeer and the rest of the staff showed sincere hospitality, and their professionalism made a noticeable difference. I was very comfortable at GO Hotel, would gladly recommend it, and would stay again 😊.

For the price, the hotel and its service were wonderful. Mr. Sam and Mr. Shameer were a big help during our stay, including with payments. Huge thanks to them and the whole team, they're really lovely people. There's a kk Mart and 99 Speedmart within walking distance too. 😊😊👍

The staff were a five for me. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, and they promptly replaced my smelly towel and soaked vanity kit when I asked. But cleanliness is another matter. Every room they gave me had cockroaches, so I changed rooms twice, and the third room had one the next day. I'd seen other reviews about cockroaches and now believe them after running into them myself. Without the cockroaches and cleanliness problems, I would have rated this a five. As it is, I'm unsure 🥲.
