Don’t book this hotel. The air conditioner didn’t work, there were spider webs on the room ceiling, and the soundproofing was poor enough that we could hear next door. The reception staff had a bad attitude and weren’t helpful. Despite all that, they wouldn’t refund us or change the date. Seriously, my advice is to avoid booking.

The staff and housekeepers had bad manners. After I checked out, I sat in the lobby for a while, but they told me the police would come and wouldn’t let me stay. They were lying. I recommend that everyone avoid this hotel.

It’s okay for the price, but the hotel’s AC doesn’t work properly. I complained more than once and nothing was done.

The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and didn’t have the extra seat for ladies. The facilities were dusty and old. Booking this place was a bad experience, and what was offered didn’t match the price. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

For what we paid, this place wasn’t worth it, and I was really disappointed with the stay. The rooms were in shocking condition: the windows were open when we arrived, and the bed’s headboard was cracked and poorly maintained. The toilet light was so dim we had to use our phone light. There is a lift, but its doors close very quickly and it doesn’t respond to touch.
