The room was poorly maintained, and cleanliness was questionable throughout. The carpet felt dusty and dirty, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. I paid over 100+ per night through Agoda, and with a 4-star rating I expected more. The standard didn’t come close to matching the price, and I honestly question whether this property deserves its current rating.

I went to a wedding at Grand Ballroom. For parking, use the RED label spaces on B1, since they’re closest to the hotel lobby. From there, take the lift or escalator up to G level, where Homepro is. Look for the “To Hotel” sign and follow it.

At least the price I paid was okay for somewhere to sleep, but this place doesn’t feel like the four-star hotel it once was. The rooms look gloomy with all the brown wood and dim lighting, and most staff didn’t smile. One staff member came up in the lift with me to open my room door but didn’t even let me step out first. Just basic courtesy. The upkeep was worrying too. The bathtub handrail was loose, and I was given a towel with two holes in it. The old push-button controls for the aircon and in-house music are still there, although the music channel no longer works.

I needed a place for two nights to get ready for my wedding. The room wasn’t made up before 2 pm as I’d asked. They said they couldn’t do it at that time and that I had to wait for the room to turn after 9 am. There was also a blood stain on the comforter, which made me think it hadn’t been changed. I complained, but nobody came to apologize. They just asked the maid to replace the quilt cover. Not recommended.
