Rex Ollie The Edge Residence

There were bugs and ants everywhere, including big cockroaches, and I really didn’t like the place. There are so many hidden rules too. I forgot my access card once, and one of the guards wouldn’t help me get upstairs. The security was terrible.

Getting in and out by car is a huge hassle because the road layout is backwards. The facilities are poor, and when something breaks, it can take months to fix. The access cards for the car park and lifts barely work, and management doesn’t seem bothered about repairing them. The security staff also showed no compassion. Food deliveries can’t be left on the table, so they made the rider wait. Management service is really bad.

An urgent situation came up once, and instead of helping, the guards and management just repeated, “this is the rule.” They have no basic humanity. Living here was stressful and frustrating, and it wasn’t worth it. Moving in or out is a nightmare. You can only do it on weekdays from 9 to 5, or for two hours on Saturday, and never on Sunday. There’s a rigid permit system, and if you don’t follow it, they’ll disable your access card. There are lots of hidden rules too, and you can suddenly get hit with an RM200 fine, even for breaking one by accident. Do NOT rent here.

The sewage cockroach problem has been left unfixed for over five years. The road layout is poor, so residents are always taking detours. Management also blocks residents’ access cards without checking whether payments have been made, which causes problems.
