We appreciated the hotel's professional response and the complimentary one-night stay they offered to make up for the lift problem. Still, the elevator wasn't working when we checked in, so we had to take the stairs every day of our stay. That was quite inconvenient, and I hope they get the lift fixed soon for future guests.

A lousy place. The walls are thin wooden dividers, not brick, so you can hear a lot from the corridor. People were arguing and fighting in the middle of the night.

The staff were very rude and not helpful. I paid for a VIP room, but it was tiny and not clean.

The staff gave good service, and the room was nice and clean. The jacuzzi worked well too. Still, the VIP room is pretty small, really only enough for a couple and one child. I was surprised there wasn't even a small fridge. For some people, having one for cold drinks or ice cream matters, so I wouldn't recommend a long stay here.

The hot tub was a highlight for me. It was in perfect condition and made for a relaxing end to each day. My room was spacious and clean, and I was comfortable throughout the stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Great value, comfort, and service. I'd highly recommend it.
