I couldn’t stay for the full booking because the room was so bad. We saw nearly 20 cockroaches in just two hours, and when I told the receptionist, he was rude and brushed me off. The alternative he offered when we asked was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and service were far below an acceptable standard. Terrible experience, avoid this place.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, like cockroaches, and I saw them running around. It was tiny, with nowhere to put luggage. The single bed sloped, and the very old used pillow was so thin there was only one of them. I also found no kettle for hot water, tissue, or hanger. The kettle wasn’t the only issue with basic supplies: my towel wasn’t changed from check-in on day one until checkout, and they didn’t replace the toilet rolls. There was no housekeeping at all. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect from my room because it was too far from the only router, which was at reception. There was no phone in the room either, so I had to walk down to the receptionist to call housekeeping. When I asked the male receptionist for bottled water, he said I had to request it from housekeeping at reception at 8am. Ridiculous. Getting my luggage up from the ground floor to the second floor was another hassle, since the hotel has no lift. The receptionist was very rude and arrogant, and made me feel as if I was disturbing her private time. She shouldn’t be working as a receptionist. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll NEVER stay here again when I’m in Seremban 2 for a business trip. 👎🏻

The location is the one good thing. My room was dirty, extremely small, and smelled unpleasant, and the price wasn’t worth it at all. The female staff member was really arrogant and shouldn’t be working as a receptionist. I’ll NEVER stay here again, I’d rather sleep in my car. Avoid this place at all costs!

The hotel is easy to find, and the room itself is good. But the bathroom drain was clogged. If housekeeping were really doing their job, they’d surely have noticed.
