Stay N rest sweet home 185

My family and friends were looking forward to a comfortable stay, but the room we had booked had a last-minute problem. Since it was a holiday and there were many of us, we felt we had little choice but to accept the replacement. The owner said that room had been renovated and would cost more than our original booking. Instead, my family found it old and dirty, with several cockroaches. Four came out of the shower room. There was no toilet paper, the toilet water pressure was low and not working properly, and the dispenser water smelled bad, as if it hadn't been serviced for a long time. Showering was difficult. The air conditioner was old, loud, and couldn't be adjusted, so we slept poorly. We were very disappointed, especially since nobody apologized after we complained. The owner only said they would improve things. Please think carefully before booking. I don't want other families and friends to have the same unpleasant experience. I'm really sorry this happened to mine.
